Terms and Definitions
"Policy" - a real policy of personal data processing.
"SHI-SHI" – Pyaty Sezon" LLC (PSRN 1165260053045 TIN / IEC 5260423494/526001001. Legal address: 3, Studenaya St., Nizhny Novgorod, 603000).
"Administration" – persons acting on behalf of SHI-SHI, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
"User" – an individual who has access to the Website and uses the Website via the information and telecommunication network "Internet".
"Website" – an information system placed in the global information and telecommunication network "Internet" at the address www.SHI-SHI.ru, as well as the page of the information system placed in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" at the address https://www.instagram.com/shishi.brand/.
"The item" – a garment made by SHI-SHI.
"Order" – a request for the provision of the Service made in accordance with the form posted on the Website in the "Basket" section, filled in by the Customer himself or confirmed by the Customer through payment for the Service.

- General conditions
1.1. User's use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the Policy.
1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User shall stop using the Website.

- Item Delivery Address.
2.3. Disabling Cookies may prevent access to the Website or parts of it.
2.4. SHI-SHI collects statistics on the User's IP address in order to identify and solve technical problems and control the legality of payments. - Purposes of personal data collection

3.1.1. Identification of the User for the execution of the Order, the Application and (or) the conclusion of the public offer agreement with SHI-SHI.

3.1.3. Exchange of messages between the User and SHI-SHI, including requests regarding the use of the Website, as well as requests regarding the processing of Applications and Orders.
3.1.4. Identification of the User's location to ensure security, fraud prevention.
3.1.5. Confirmation of accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
3.1.6. Creating a User account and making purchases (ordering services).
3.1.7. Processing and receipt of payments.
3.1.8.Providing technical support to the User in case of problems related to the use of the Site.
3.1.9.Providing the User with the consent of the User to update the Item, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information provided by SHI-SHI.

- Methods and terms of Personal data processing
4.1.Processing of Personal Data is carried out without limitation of time in any legal way, including in information systems of personal data with the use of automation means or without the use of such means.
4.2. The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, to the Courier services solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Order or Application.
4.3. The personal data can be transferred to the authorized bodies of the state authority of the Russian Federation only on the bases and in an order established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.4. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Administration shall inform the User of the loss or disclosure of Personal Data.
4.5. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.6. The Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of Personal Data. - Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1. The user is obliged:
5.1.1. Provide and update Personal Data in a timely manner.
5.2. SHI-SHI is obliged:
5.2.1. Use Personal Data only for the purposes of this Policy.
5.2.2. To ensure that Personal Data is kept in confidence, not disclosed without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose other possible ways of Personal Data, except as provided in the Policy.
5.2.3. Take precautions to protect Personal Data according to the procedures commonly used to protect this type of information in business dealings.
5.2.4. To block Personal Data related to the corresponding User from the moment of sending a corresponding written request by the User.
- SHI-SHI responsibility
6.1. SHI-SHI is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided in paragraphs 4.2, 4.3 and 6.2 of the Policy.
6.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal data, the Administration of the site is not responsible, if this information:
6.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
6.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by SHI-SHI.
6.2.3. Disclosed with the consent of the User.
- Other conditions
7.1. SHI-SHI has the right to make changes to the Policy without the consent of the User.
7.2. New Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
